The Leading Women Executives Fellows from NextEra came together on February 2, 2023, at their headquarters in Juno Beach, Florida. More than 15 Fellows, along with CHRO Deb Caplan, met with Corporate Leadership Center CEO Deborah DeHaas and Leading Women Executives Executive Director Daniella Levitt, to reconnect, share news on the exciting new roles and leadership opportunities they have been in since being in the program, and discuss new ways to further the advancement of women at NextEra.
